THE knives had been out for Olympic marathon runner Morhad Amdouni after he knocked over an entire row of water bottles earlier than grabbing one for himself.
The French runner was competing within the gruelling circumstances when he despatched a row of drinks at a rehydration centre onto the ground.

To high it off, the 33-year-old athlete grabbed the final one earlier than persevering with on.
TV persona Piers Morgan was fast to slam Amdouni’s actions, though it wasn’t clear if it was deliberate.
He tweeted: “The Gold medal for largest d***head of the Tokyo Olympics goes to French marathon runner Morhad Amdouni who intentionally knocks over all of the water for his fellow opponents…Unbelievable!”
The marathon was raced in stifling temperatures – with Sapporo reaching 27 levels.
Amdouni finally completed in seventeenth place recording a time of two hours 14 minutes and 33 seconds.
The race was finally run by Kenyan legend Eliud Kipchoge.

Kipchoge completed in a time of two hours, eight minutes and 38 seconds to win gold.
In successful the marathon he turned one among three to efficiently reclaim the title, after his victory in Rio 2016.
Elsewhere, Abdi Nageeye confirmed he was an unbelievable sport by urging Bashir Abdi over the end line to win bronze.
